Our Club Rules
The Club reserves the right to refuse entry and/or ban existing members and/or their parents/guardians if rules are not adhered to.
No Egos please.
Sign in and pay training fees on arrival. Once signed in do not leave the gym without informing a member of staff.
If a Coach is instructing - All Boxers/Officials must LISTEN.
Obey a Coach's instructions at all times, a Coach's decision is final. Disrespect of the Coaching staff will not be tolerated.
Any personal issues or Safeguarding concerns in or out of the gym must be reported to the Head Coach or Club Safeguarding Officer.
Discrimination and/or bullying of any sort in or out the gym will not be tolerated.
Do not use your newly acquired skills outside of the gym, were here to teach you to Box not to fight. It's nice to be nice.
Treat the gym, the equipment and all the people in it with respect - NO punching the bags without gloves on.
You are responsible for your own safety and personal hygiene. Come to the gym clean and in the correct training clothes. (Clean footwear is essential - preferably boxing boots).
All sparring must follow the Amateur Boxing Alliance Rules (full protective equipment - Level 2 Coach supervision) - NO EXCEPTIONS OR RINGSIDE COACHING/CHEERING.
Respect the CLUB, you are a representative of the Cub, inside and outside of the gym conduct yourself appropriately within the community and spread a positive image.
Parents/carers, due to safeguarding we do not allow spectators in the gym. Please drop off and pick up promptly for training session.
